[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Unable to Renew the Policy | |||
I am an loyal existing customer of ICICI Lombard having Advance HealthPlan for my parents and my policy number is 4063i/HAP/W-361788/04/000. I have renewed the policy for 4 times and the policy got expired on Oct 6th 2013, from the day of expiry i am trying to renew but the customer care people are telling that my renewal document has not generated and need to wait until it is generated. I am ready to renew but these Icici Lombard is not allowing me to renew. I think this is one of the technique from Icici Bank to cheat the customer. I request everyone not to choose ICICI Lombard as your Health Insurance. I am worrying that if my parents fell ill with in the time of renewal because of ICICI mistake i need to face the problem and i cant utilise the policy even i am having the policy from 5 years.
