[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential Insurance Policy — fraudulent claim by ICICI executive

I was told by an executive from ICICI that since my old policy was going through loss, I was offered a new policy where funds will be transferred in the new policy. I made payment for this new policy few months ago. However, recently I got to know nothing of that sort can happen. I feel betrayed and want to discontinue all the policy with ICICI and I want return of the money invested in it.
I want immediate action to be taken for my problems.
