Sub : Not Remove my PAN Number from his site in Respect of Dilip Kumar Jaiswal from Allahabad
Sir/Madam, Respectfully I beg to state the following few lines for your necessary action in the matter.
I am tried many times & requested the Manager, ICICI-PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY LTD, Branch-2 Civil Line Allahabad U.P. 211001, to NOC/Resignation & Remove my PAN Number from his Site. This Company issue me Resignation/NOC Certificate on Date 15 July 2011. But Respected Sir/Madam, in Insurance Sector without Removing PAN Number from his site Resignation/NOC useless. Other Company never takes me if this company do not Remove my PAN Number from his site. That means I never can do work any other insurance Company. In other words ICICI-PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY makes me fool. That is serious matter.
I therefore request you Sir, to issue necessary instructions to him to remove my PAN Number from his site & I can join any other company for maintenance of my family necessary requirement.
