I Kinkar Sarkar, emp id-5069851 former employee of ICICIPRU. I was transferred my previous employer's PF contribution to ICICIPRU PF number on 13th September 2021 confirmed by epfo sight. Also I was send hard copy with my signature on 13th September 2021 and received by PF Shared service on 18th September confirmed via courier company sight through AWB number. After that I was send all my required documents with PF withdrawal form to PF shared service and they are received on 6th October 2021. After that I was mailed to ASK HR different time but no response. From 19th October I was started logged call in ASKHR QMS service, Call ID were 19580, 20145 and 20293, dated 19/10/21, 25/10/21 and 26/10/21, all calls status was closed and state was with in TAT.
So my question is is status is closed and state is with in TAT. How I know what is going with my PF as no one feels to respond my mail and also when my PF withdrawal amount would be credited in my account. ... Was this information helpful? |
