[Resolved] ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Worst Customer service - A fraud - Does not care customer | |||
Policy# 09669302 I have made 8 premium payment 8 times using credit card. All the 8 times either system breaks with no error or warning. All the 8 times payment request never received by credit card company. Called customer service for 21 times and with 37 emails. One answer from ICICI Prudential customer service ' Pay premium.. send error report'. Customer service manager: DIMPLE A. Supervisor : Mr. Sayed Staff does not know if credit card payment is an option for policyholders. Whole idea of ICICI Prudential life is to make non-payment issue and force policy to lapse so they can pocket money claiming premium was unpaid and money was forfeited. General people - Please be aware of this tactic and learn from my suffering. I have lost 1 lakh rupees and this company is a fraud. W Was this information helpful? | |||
