I AM NOT GETTING THE THE E-MAIL STATEMENT OF ICICI PRUDENTIAL(SERVICE INDUSTRIES) MUTUAL FUND INSPITE OF REGISTERING AGAIN AND AGAIN.KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND SEND ME THE STATEMENT OF THE FOLIO NO-2378294/50 TO MY E-MAIL ADDRESS GIVEN BELLOW-

i have taken icici prudential indo asia equity fund for 20000 rs. on 21 sep. 07.
but till now i have not recieved any statement even i don't recieved folio no..
i paid that amount by dd no.292334 dated 21.09.07 issuing branch chhatarpur and
drawee branch Jabalpur. My pan no. is AHXPR3239E.

I have withdrawal my Policy icici prudential Policy name- LifeTime Super 20-days ago, but still now i have not received my amount from icici prudential.

Please help me for the below details
