THE AGENT OF BANK HAS ASSURED ME THAT WHILE I PURCHASE THEIR ICICI LOMBARD POLICY PAYING THROUGH MY ICICI CREDIT CARD YOU WILL BE GIVEN CREDIT LIMIT EXTENDED. I THEN HAS ALSO BEIGN ASSURED THAT YOU CAN DISCONTINUE YOUR POLICY IN THE NEXT MONTH. I GAVE INSTRUCTIONS ON ICICI HELP LINE PHONE NO TO DISCONTINUE THE POLICY (THE DATE I CANT REMEMBER) BUT THEY DEDUCTED THE PREMIUM IN THE NEXT 3 MONTHS I ALSO PAID THESE PREMIMUMS BUT WHEN I WITH CONFIRMATION DISCONTINUED THE POLICY THE DISCONTINUED IT AND CHARGED ME RE- 3000- MORE IN MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT I CANT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY DIDNT OBEY MY ORDERS ON PHONE MY POLICY NO IS 4034/FPP/03434414/00/00/000 WHICH EXPIRES ON 25TH MARCH 2009

ICICI Credit Card — Wrong Deduction

I have taken a credit card number [protected] with the ICICI Bank. I have booked two air tickets from Delhi to Mumbai through Yatra.Com in the month of December-2008 but due to some technical error, the amount got deducted by four times in my account instead of two ticket’s amount. I have sent a request mail to ICICI Bank for correction of false transaction and cash back. After one month, that wrongly debited amount got credited in my account.
Now I’m really surprised that ICICI bank has again debited my account for that amount to Rs.10590 in the month of August-09. I don’t know what is the reason of this false entry?
So I would like to request you please solve the matter and advice me for further action.

      ICICI Bank is such a cheat that despite making a full and final settlement towards Credit Card they have failed to issue me a settlement letter and when questioned they said that I need to give a security check of some charges to the amount of 2500 Rs as a proof and post that they will issue me a settlement letter and that it was just a security check and that the amount will not be withdrawn from my account. But this amount was withdrawn from my Citibank account. And they keep sending me statements despite numerous calls and e-mails to them. When I made the full and final settlement I also cut up my credit card and gave it back to the collection agent.

      And now they have withdrawn a huge amount of over 26, 000 Rs from my savings bank account with ICICI under pretext of Credit Crad charges (Don't know what as I do not even have their Credit card). I am also trying to lodge a complaint against ICICI at the RBI website where there is an option of lodging complaints against bank, but the complaint form link does not seem to be working right now. Is there any way you can help here.

      ICICIBANK — automatic debit on my credit card

      Dear sir,

      I have 2 postpaid good valve card connection 1)[protected]
      2)[protected]. problem is that my II nos last month bill payment are direct debited on my credit card. this service is not activated from me.would you pls clear that this is noting but barburing from my card.so pls let me know who will give you this authorisation to direct debit. i am regularly paid my bills thro card at your gallary by slashing. so why you ar direct debit my amount.
      pls i am awaiting yr leagally responce

      ICICI Bank — Auto debit from account

      I had Credit card, Which it was lost 1yrs back, that time I purchase it with worth amount of 15000. Then I called call center to block as it was lost in journey, send me the statement so i can pay my debit. But after that they didn't send any statement.
      Few days later ICICI bank blocked my Rs 50, 000 in my account. then mailed to account manager, why is was the case?

      then he replied as, My credidt card payment is due . Then I replied him, Currently in UK london, the amount you blocked is more than my principle amount. I assured the account manager to I will settle the crisis with credit card dept once i will be back in pune. I will in pune on 31 OCT 2008.

      After 3 days I found they debit Rs 50000 from my account without informg me.
      How any bank can do this way ? ...

      Matter is not of 50 000, its safe banking which i feel this bank is not safe at all.

      If I am liable for any amount, I will pay, but Bank did & bahave like dectetor without informing costomer they withdarw the amount from my account. bank does not have legal rights to do .

      This bank is not safe . They really tortured me.

      ICICI Bank — AUTO DEBIT FROM SAVINGS ACCOUNT

      I AM SAVING BANK ACCOUNT HOLDER (WEALTH MANAGEMENT) OF ICICI BANK. ON 31ST MARCH THERE WAS A DEBIT OF RS.8096/- FROM MY SAVING ACCOUNT. ON ENQUIRY FROM THE HELPLINE I AM BEING TOLD THAT THERE WAS SOME OUTSTANDING ON YOUR CREDIT CARD OF FEBRUARY 2003. THE SAID CARD EXPIRED IN YEAR 2005. IF THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN AN OUTSTANDING ON MY CREDIT CARD AND BANK IS AUTHORIZED TO DEBIT OR LINK SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT WITH CREDIT CARD OUTSTANDING, WHY IT TOOK BANK 6 LONG YEARS TO DEBIT THE PAYMENT THAT TOO WITHOUT GIVING AN PRIOR INFORMATION. ALSO WHY BANK DID NOT SENT ANT STATEMENT OF TRANSACTION OR REMINDERS FROM THE SAME.

        Complaint of wrong procedures adopted by ICICI Bank No Transparency of Interest Calculation.

        On 14th oct. I had submitted arequest to close my NRO FD no[protected] which was opened on 26/5/2007 & was automatically renewed on 26/5/2008. The FD was closed on 16/10/2008.As such the period of FD was 365+143 = 508 Days.

        On renewal on 26/5/2008 the amount in deposit was Rs5, 44, 875/- on 26/5/2009 I had to get a maturity value of Rs 5, 89, 790/- that means an Interest of Rs 44, 915/- less TDS. for 365 days.

        In this regard I was surprised to note that for 143 days only Rs 7685/- has been credited to my account.

        On my other FDR no[protected] for Rs 5000/- opened on 28/6/2008 where I was to get an Interest of Rs 412/- for 365days, I have been paid only Rs 54/- for 100 days

        There is one another case of FDR no.[protected]. As the funds were short in my account & there had been a delay in getting money, I submitted a request by internet banking to close said FD of Rs 1, 75, 000/- opened in Feb, 2008. The amount balance in a/c was more than Rs 1, 80, 000/- & maturity value was more than Rs 1, 89, 000/- on maturity.

        Meantime the amount expected was credited in the account & I wanted to cancel the request. There was no provision of cancelling the request in the Netbanking. Hence I had no alternative but to send the e-mail facility provided in the account.

        Next day on checking the account & my e-mail. There was no e-mail reference. The FD was closed & Rs 1, 78, 000/- was credited to my account. Only Rs 3000/ as interest for more than 200 days of deposit, whereas more than Rs 14000/- was to be paid for 365 days. Prompt action taken to close FD but no action on e-mail sent. Because it is in the interest of Bank.

        Banking system should have transparent system to tell its customer how much loss will be there if FD is closed prematurely.

        It clearly indicates that procedure adopted by you for Interest calculation is wrong somewhere. Hence I subitmtted my request to the bank to calculate the Interest properly & pay the credit the correct amount in my account for all the three said FDRs with details.

        Meanwhile I want the forum to note that how ICICI Bank cheats its customers. Help me to get proper Interest. I have personal interest but if the procedures become transparent & shorcomings of the systems are removed it will help everybody & all persons will have faith in Banking procedures. Else Banks will go on cheating its customers.

        ICICIBANK — Account closed but penalty levied

        My account no[protected] at ICICI bank, at Road no.36, Jubilee hills, Hyderabad was closed as early as April 2003.But, 4 yrs after that, since April 2007 I, m getting summary of account from the Bank, showing negative balance in the(already closed )account against QAB chgs and interest there in etc.
        Plz correct the error and don't send any such account summary because I don't want to operate this account.

        I completely agree that ICICI bank has a problem when it comes to premature closure of FDs.
        My case is outlined below. Shows how indifferent and callous the bank can get when it comes to premature closure.
        Just request for taking an FD or default on your credit card payments and you will be flooded with phone calls and agents. Why not the response to premature closure of FDs ?
        This response leads me to suspect the undamentals of the bank and makes a mockery of the e mails and SMSs sent by their MD Mr Vaidyanathan as also statements made by Chanda Kochar giving assuances to the contrary . I hope we are not looking at another LEHMANN in the making.

        FD Account Number :[protected].
        I had taken an FD with ICICI bank for Rs 3 Lakhs on 04 Aug 2007.The same is due for maturity on 10 Jan 2010. The above FD was taken by me through net banking request and as such no FD receipt was issued.
        On 15 Oct 08, i made an on line request for premature closure of the FD vide reference number SR8280007.
        To this i got an SMS saying that nothing can be done on my request since the FD receipt was held by me.
        When i spoke to the Assistant branch manager (Ms Maria)of the concerned branch ie Trichy Cantt branch on telephone on 18 Oc 08, i was told that FD receipt had not been sent by the branch to me erroneously and that they would be sending the FD receipt to me by courier. The courier is yet to arrive.
        My appeals to ICICI bank custmer care have been of no avail.
        I had never asked for an FD receipt. Then why was it made in the first place. I have 3 more deposits with the branch and all of them were requested on net banking. I do not have FD receipts for any of those.
        When there is a procedure for premature closure of FD on NET banking, why is the bank harassing me with an FD receipt issue, which in any case has not been issued by them.
        Why is ICICI bank customer care taking so long to resolve this issue ?
        Are we to understand that our deposits with ICICI bank are unsafe and hence these are delay tactics by the bank to hoodwink their customers?
        Can the consumer forum please help out?

        Mat. value Rs 586,201/ in the name of A.D.Agrawal (sr. citizen) D.O.B. 17.10.1942

        On 11.10.08, I surrendered the above mentioned FDR for pre matured payment at your Gorakhpur Branch, I was surprised to receive your pay order dated 11.10.08 on 13.10.08 for Rs.545,537/ only. No statement of a/c was given to me inspite of my several requests.Finally on 01.11.08, I sent a notice to your Gorakhpur branch under copy to your head office by reistered post to know as to how a sum of Rs.40,664/ was deducted as penlity for just 12 days of prematured payment !!

        No reply is received as yet.

        ICICI Bank — ICICI Bank CHEATS!!!

        I had taken a loan from ICICI bank. The loan number is LBASL [protected]. The EMI's were directly debited from my account in ICICI Bank. The A/C number is[protected]. But after some time there were some issues and henceforth an agent would come to my house to collect cheques for the EMI amount. The agent insisted that he will come to my place every month and collect the cheques and that I need not submit the money in my account. This was continuing till date. The bank did never send a quarterly statement of my account. Whenever I wanted a quarterly statement I was charged from my account. As it was a zero balance account I did not maintain a balance there. The mini statements showed that I had a POSITIVE balance in my account. Now I had encashed a ICICI Prudential policy and wanted the amount to be submitted to my account in ICICI Bank. After the amount for that was deposited, I found that the bank had deducted a sum around Rs. 8000.00 from my account. When I enquired I came to know that this amount was due to my account. When I wanted to know the reason they said that as I had autodebit facility and that I did not maintain the balance there were some dues which were deducted. When I said that why wasn't this due reflected in the account mini-statement, they had no answers. I think this was DELIBERATELY DONE TO INCREASE THE DUE AMOUNT and to CHEAT. I wanted to have a word with the manager, as he was not available I had a word with his representative. The person representing the manager committed to it that this amount can be refunded but only after authorization from the manager. He also committed that it will take a day or so to get that amount refunded but I will have to wait till the manager arrives. When my father visited the bank he was told that whatever the MANAGER'S REPRESENTATIVE COMMITTED TO WAS JUST TO PACIFY FOR THE TIME BEING and that no such thing can be done. When I called the manager(MR. SAHA, phone number: [protected]) over phone he said that every communication was a mutual one and that I dont have a documented copy so nothing can be done.
        Now I have a few questions for you:
        1) WHY WAS REGULAR QUARTERLY BANK STATEMENTS NOT PROVIDED?
        2) WHY WAS I MISLEAD BY THE COLLECTION AGENT?
        3) WHY WAS THE DUE AMOUNT NOT REFLECTED IN THE ACCOUNT MINI-STATEMENT?
        4) WHY WAS SOMETHING THAT WAS COMITTED BY A MANAGER'S REPRESENTATIVE NOT ACTIONED?
        5) SHOULD I BRING A NOTARY AND STAMP PAPER AND GET EVERY COMMUNICATION DOCUMENTED AND SIGNED AND STAMPED ?

        I had recently closed my FD prematurely with ICICI Bank and in the same situation. I'm contacting ICICI Bank through various channels including so called dedicated customer care for wealth customer, my RM, email, netbanking to get the explanation of the amount credited in my account. It has been over 2 weeks and I'm yet to get any response.

        Here was my Query:

        I had done the Premat closure of FD 0151****4646 and the Service request is successfully executed. It was opened on Aug 26 2011. It was booked at the original rate of 9.25%. According to the Premat clause, it will now receive the rate for which the deposit was with the bank – penalty (1% in this case), so it calculates to 9% - 1% = 8%. However the actual amount credited in the savings account is much lesser than this (excluding the TDS already deducted). So please provide the FD account statement showing the calculation to arrive at the final figure.

        Premature withdrawal of Deposit:
        On pre-mature withdrawal of the deposit:
        - interest will be calculated at the rate applicable for the period the deposit has actually remained with ICICI Bank.
        - penalty will be levied on the rate applicable as per the table below (Shows 1% for the said FD Parameter)

        My RM is assuring the response will be sent soon but its too much time for a simple explanation.
        I've even sent him qtr by qtr calculation of the FD and I'm pretty sure there has been at least Rs 5000 less received.

        A lame answer from a customer executive was "Sir, we just put in the request in the computer system and it calculates the amount". When I asked to send me the details by email, they said this is voice channel and they cannot send email. I was with them for 30 mins and they could not get any better answer than the above.

        I guess, As a next step, I need to go to Consumer Court.

          This is Abdul Gani Nawab of SAudi Arabia. Yesterday I have received a statement in my e-mail, I was surprised to see the bank has cut Rs. 827 as QAB charges two times in Oct and Dec 2010. Why suddenly this has happened I have no clue. How the bank could charge such an amount without prior information? How can they take away someone else's hard-earned money? I will take steps if the bank does not explain the basis of such action.

            THIS COMPLAIN IS AGAINST ICICI BANK TOWARDS RECOVERY OF CREDIT CARD PAYMENT.FROM LAST FEW MONTHS THEIR CALL CENTER EXE.ARE CALLING AND USING ABUSIVE AND FOUL LANGAUGE TOWARDS ME AND EVEN MORE SHOCKING IS THAT THESE ARE USED BY THEIR GIRLS EXE.WORKING FOR THEM.AS OF TODAY I AM IN NO POSITION TO MAKE ANY OF THEIR PAYMENTS AS LOST MY JOB 10 MNTHS AGO.PLS HELP ME REGARDING THIS ISSUE.I HAVE ALSO LOST MY SAVINGS IN SHARE MARKET.GOING THRU DIFFICULT TIMES AND UPON THAT THIS HARRASMENT CAUSED BY ICICI BANK.

            I agree to the what has been said above.ICICI banks recovery agents have no sense of speaking.They are very abusive and threathen people sayin that they will come to their place and abusive them in front of their neighbours and public.They say that they will not allow any family member to come out of their house and make life hell for them.One such manager mr.Sanjay calling from number [protected] has no sense of speakin to people.He uses a lot of abusive language.I dont understand how ICICI bank, a bank reputed bank can hire such people to collect debts.They dont want to listen to the customer.In these times of recession it becomes difficult for some to manage their loans.So these guys instead o[censored]nderstandng they abuse customers.According to the law before ICICI bank can tramsfer the account to recovery they should send notices and they never do that.But I would say that the government should come up with strict laws for the recovery agents.
            ICICI bank is the biggest rogue bank in INDIA so don't expect anything better from them, i don't know if anyone reads these comments except oppressed customers like us so please file a case against the bank in consumer forum, If you have recording feature in ur phone record one of their conversation and use it as proof. ICICI has recently lost a few cases on the same grounds.
            Yes, this is happened with me too, even after paying outstanding and settlement, i did not got a settlement letter, now they are every month the they send me latter and abusing to pay some amount which is said to be remaining, ...

            These bankers are not having a proper recording system at all.

            This is not only with ICICI bank, some other bankers are HSBC, standard charterd
            I Agree to the complaint post lodged by Mr.Prakash Shroff. Even i had lost a job 7 months ago and my bill was about 16000 when i had left the job. Before it, i was a doing a proper payments of the bills. Now due to non-payments it had reached at 47000
            they have so many charges mentioned in the statements, donno what are they upto.They charged me late payment fees, over intersest rates and some more charges.
            I am ready to do the payments only after i get a job.
            I dont know why ICICI BANK do not give any leverage to the public who had lost their job in recession times.
            Also these agents callup and abuse and says that he will arrive within half an hour i will come and talk to abruptly.
            They dont have any manners and behavior to talk to the customers.This the worst bank i had done banking in my 8 years.

                The company has deactivated my trading account. My existing password has expired. I went to the home branch to sort it out. They promised it will happen within one week. Nothing happened. I called up the Customer Care, and they said I need to visit the branch. I visited the branch and was told that I should seek help from customer care on phone. I lodged a request for a new password and was told to wait for 15 days.

                Upon enquiry after 15 days, I was told that there was no such request lodged against my trading account. I am now supposed to lodge a fresh request and then wait for another 15 days.

                Are these people mad or simply love harassing customers?

                      Sir, I have purchased icici credit card and using it since 06/2004.At that time my payment due date was fixed as 1st or 2nd of the month. As a government employee it was convenient to pay the minimum amount due.but now they have puposely changed the payment due date so as to charge late payment fee.ie, they unanimously fixed 28th or 29th as due date.it is an injustice to all salarried class people.moreover they are indirectly sucking my money in terms of rules framed by themselfs.please stop this cheating nonsense people sucking our hardearned money (blood)

                          Hi all,
                          I applied for a personal loan amount Rs. 60000/- with processing fees estimated at the time of loan agreement was 1.12% + Service tax as per existing service tax rules.

                          Two copies were provided by the bank regarding this agreement.One is a customer copy and the second one was loan agreement copy(Bank's copy).

                          In customer copy it is clearly mentioned that the processing fees will be charged @1.12% as per rule but to my utter surprise when I received the bank copy (loan agreement copy) they specified Rs. 1, 124 /- as the total processing fees including service tax.

                          This is very unfortunate that bank should not maintain transparency regarding everything they debit or credit to their customer.My loan a/c no was LPCAL[protected].To bring this matter into their notice I immediately call customer care and lodged a complain request with complain number 81242527 and I was asked that the request will be verified within 3 working days and will be clarified everything after that.

                          Since then I called them after 3 days and their answer was your verification is completed and we found that the loan was disbursed as per rule and agreement and nothing has been reported faulted.I[censored] need further clarification you will need to their office somewhere in calcutta.

                          My question is if loan disbursement takes place according to rules and regulation then based on which arithmatic calculation they debited 1, 124 from the sanctioned amount.In any way 1.12% of 60, 000 can't exceed 672.Along with service tax it will be 672+83.0592=755.0592.This means that I already got a shotfall amount of Rs. 1124-755.0592=368.9408(Approx 369)

                          I have called the customer care for almost 5 times but everytime their response was negative.Plz do the needful.

But till date I have not receive any NOC and the remaining Security Cheques lying under ur custody. I have several times lodge complains but the Customer Care does not care to take any action.

                          Personal Loan — Regarding charge

                          Actually I took the personal loan of Rs- 40,000/- from Citibank in the year of 2005 and was in agreement to re-pay the same in 48 EMI Rs- of 1282/- with ECS option with UTI bank as It was my salary savings account but in between I changed the working organisation and so My bank account become obsolete for me but still Citibank continued to present the ECS with the same bank and also used to collect the EMI of Rs-1282/- from me regularly and they have never informed me that my ECS is bouncing bank and they have continued to presenet the ECS almost for 3.5 years. Even in beteen I tried to shift the ECS to the current operating bank account but they have not proceeded my request.
                          Now they are aksing me to re-pay almost Rs-16,000/- more which they are charging me against cheque return charges.
                          Pl sugget me what should I do.

                            Type of query: Request for increasing our credit card limit.


                            I am Using ICICI Bank services since 5 years (Savings account). This Credit Card since almost 12 Months. Up to now I paid all Bills promptly and also used card effectively. I hope there was no negative feedback against my usages.

                            Just I requested you to Increase my Credit Card Limit and submitted all required documents. (8times I faxed my salary slips to u). (I wasted money for Customer Care calls and fax). But you people rejected my request. Again I called to customer care associates he gave a new request number and said you will fax to that number[protected]. So I do all process again, I sent my Citibank credit card statement to the u but I didn’t receive any reply from your side. I upset with your conclusion. I want to know why you rejected my service request. Why you not give any reply .What’s wrong with me and my documents? Now I want feedback from your side.

                            If I didn’t get correct response from your side I am going to cancel all my accounts with ICICI bank. I know for Large bank(ICICI) I’m not only single customer. But you are also not one bank in India for me. I’m going to start transaction with another Bank and going to give negative feedback about ICICI in our forums what you did to me. I hope ICICI Bank not going to loose his customers. So I’m requesting you to increase my credit limit as soon as possible.

                              There was Cheque issue with the bank. Bank was suppose to refund me 10, 550 rs. For this is raised a case on 5th sep. Ater following up i get a mail to send my bank statement to them which i sendthem. my due date for payment was 26th sep, As case was still open and my oustanding was 15, 592 Rs. I asked them should i make payment, i received a mail on 29th saying make all payments kindly note 29th is date after my due date. After that Bank has charged me interest over all dues after making payment of 13 K also. And til date my reversal of money of 10550 is not being solve.

                              I have all proofs with mails, dates and time.

                              After detailed the correspondence through mail with custmor support and quality services the ICICI Lombard as agreed to refund the amount - towards premium - of Rs.15000/- through my credit card. Though ICICI credit card department has delivered a credit card which is never used, i requested them to refund the same amount to my SB A/c No.[protected] as they have recovered the same from my SB A/c under pretex of auto debit facility without my consent. The customer support has shown their inablity to refund directly to my SB A/c, they have asked to contect me the credit card department to get refund directly to my SB A/c. I have also contected credit card department in the matter and reply is awaited. Kindly intervane in the matter so as the amount of Rs.15000/- recovered wrongly by ICICI Lombard can be refunded directly to my SB A/c No.[protected].

                              Hi i had used icici bank credit card in 2008 for 8000. And I had paid 2000 for nearly 2 years and than also they said that your balance is not over. One day they called me up and said my balance is 16000. I told them i have paid 2000 for 2 yrs so how its 16000. They said its tax, late payment and everything. I told them i am not gonna make any kind of payment. They told me if you want we will settle the amount for you, i said no i dont need any settlement. So after 2009 till 2013, i did not received any call. I dont even remember the card number or bank account number. Suddenly in 2013 i received call from agency and asked me to make payment for the credit card of icici bank. I told them no i will not make payment and after that they had called me like every 10-15 days. One day when i said that go do whatever you want to do and then the agent started abusing with very bad words. After that for a month i did not received any kind of call. And now again from last 3-4 days I am receiving calls from icici bank agents asking for money. Just help me with this. Please

                                The courier company sent me an SMS with a number : [protected], and the 'joke' is this number does not work and it is announced all services to this phone are withdrawn. !, thereafter after umpteen rounds of calls to ICICI customer (?) service centre I was given a set of numbers by the call centre then ;

                                a) None of the numbers atre available

                                b) Some numbers announce ' service withdrawn' etc.,

                                What I want to compalin and ask ICICI Card section is ;

                                1) Why do you have to use such cheap and weird courier who's delivery boys dont even have a working phone,

                                2) Why does not anybody pick up phones at the so called ExpressIT

                                3) Why is it made so difficult to reach your customer service and finally get such a pathetic service ?

                                4) I am still yet to know if my card is lost OR floating somewhere ? any answers ICICI customer service(?) staff ???

                                5) If you are not keen on reissuing a card It is another matter, BUT PLEASE DO WASTE OUR TIME IN COMPLAINTS and CALLING YOUR CALL CENTRE

                                  I have made purchases on my credit card on July 2008, payment due was 1310/-. For that month I have not received statement. On Oct 2008 I received statement with amount outstanding 2390/- This includes interest and delayed payment charges. I called up their call centre & asked to reverse the amount. The call centre executive promised me to reverse the charges If I paid entire amount. Accordingly I made entire payment of Rs. 2390. And now I am find to my surprise that they have again levied late payment & interest of Rs. 530 Instead of reversing it.

                                    I would like to inform you that I had applied for a housing loan of Rs 10.290 lakhs from ICICI Bank. [Loan File No[protected]] for financing my flat which is under construction and being developed by M/s S G Construction at 20C, Dhakuria Station Lane.

                                    The said loan was sanctioned by the bank vide their offer letter dated Sept 11, 2007 . However, since the sanctioned loan amount was wrongly mentioned as Rs 10 lakhs in the offer...
