With reference to subject matter, kindly note that I called Sunny (Chennai) at my office ITC SHERATON PARK, CHENNAI to discuss about hiring your services for transporting of my good from Chennai to Noida in the month of March 2012. which was subsequently finalized.
Your service people came & packed the good on 27th & 28th March and the goods were despatched. on 28th evening. All the while during packing, we kept on insisting on packing with proper care with bubble wrap & corrugated paper for certain critical things, but your boys just wanted to finish packing and gave us confirmation for safe & intact delivery.
To my surprise, I was asked Rs.100/- for getting the so called special form which was bascially an Insurance coverage form by your packing boy.
However, upon receiving the goods at Noida on 4th April 2012, many of the items were found damaged & some beyond repair. I called for an Insurance surveyor, and on 7th April, one person from Delhi office named "Vijay" came to my residence, checked the items & took the list back to office.
Upon my enquiring from Delhi office, I was informed by "Amardeep" that he has forwarded the list to you and awaiting your instructions. Since nothing was happening either from Delhi office or from your end, I kept on calling Sunny (Chennai) & Amardeep (Delhi) to know the status of my claim, to which no one was bothered. Then on 30th April, I called Amardeep again, upon which he said something has to be done only from Chennai office. After sometime, he called me again to tell me that Repair person would come & get the things done & for items that could not be rectified, money would be reimbursed according to the declared value.
On 1st May, Jatin (who is in copy) came and inspected the items & took the list again back to office & told repairing items would be done within 2-3 days and other items for claim would take sometime.
FYI, MY STUFF ARE ALL OUT SINCE THE ALMIRAH IS DAMAGED & WE HAVE NO PLACE TO KEEP THE CLOTHINGS ETC. WE ARE ALSO SLEEPING IN OTHER ROOM WHICH IS NOT OURS.
I fail to understand that in the event of getting the order, you guys give big talks, but when it comes to do the things rightly & without harrasing the customer, you guys take months to settle the things. Is this the professional approach you guys show to the customer who could also be your prospective Corporate client???
THE SERVICE SUCKS BIG TIME & IS PATHETIC.
I am loosing patience as I am here with my 1 yr old daughter & not yet properly settled all because of your pathetic service & response.
Please advise if this shall be solved amicably or else has to be legally???
ALL I AM ASKING TO REPLACE THE ITEMS DAMAGED OR REPAIR.

After reading alll the above reviews, I thank my luck that I had a narrow escape before getting duped at the hands of these fraudsters...

ICM Pack N Move are the biggest thugs. After promising a world class service while taking the contract in Mumbai they raised hell for me and created a lot of suffering on my family's part due to their bad service.I have just relocated and was shifting my car and household stuff through them from Mumbai to Bangalore.Before taking the contract they had agreed to a 50% payment post delivery of all goods and car . They forcibly detained my car at their Yeswanthpur warehouse premises and asked me to pay up the balance amount before they delivered the car. I paid up everything except Rs 5000 which i promised to pay on car delivery.The manager Randhir talked like a goon and refused any help although i promised to pay the full amount.Finally i had to personally go to their warehouse 40 kms away and collect the vehicle. These guys are goons but intitally will talk very politely to you to get the deal. Don't give them any packing and moving assignment.They will hold your stuff ransom and ask for money.

1. They signed on our behalf without our consent.
2. I had paid Rs. 3, 000 for insurance of which only Rs 850 were used towards goods insurance. Rest was gobbled up.

I was dealing with Mr. Pratap Choudhary at ICM Pune office. He offered a quote of Rs. 12000 after looking at all the stuff to pack, and based on this quote we finalized the deal.
But on the day of packing they bought small size boxes and charged us Rs. 3000 extra as the number of boxes increased.
Since we had a deadline to travel to new place and vacate the flat, we paid him the extra amount too. Just to save some money I did this mistake of not going for professional packers but now I highly regret as I have actually paid the same amount which standard reputed packers and movers quoted.
They charged us for insurance but never did that. They committed to deliver within 5 days but it took us 15 days to receive the consignment. After calling them every day, they finally revealed that they are actually car movers and place the house hold stuff packages in the car moving trucks as per the availability, and since there is no truck to deliver car to Udaipur, it will take time to deliver.
Finally when I received the consignment I saw one box # 19 comprising of electronics and watches missing. I reported this to Mr. Pratap Chaudhary and he straight away lied that he has moved all the items of that box into another box prior to shipping our package. We opened all the boxes and confirmed that the box #19 was actually missing and there was no clubbing of boxes done.
Now we call them every day till date to request Mr. Pratap to check in his (godown) for Box # 19. We haven’t found the box yet and still following up with ICM Packers. They identified the highest value box while packing and cleverly stole it.

Chaudhry Furniture & Electronics/ Almirah — No hiring against complaint
Dear Sir/ Madam,I am Mrs. Rama Kamboj w/o Mr. Sachin Kamboj. I had purchased all Furniture & electronics things on my wedding time last year in April 19th 2007 from M/s Chaudhry Furniture & Electronics - A-21, Indrapuri (Near Indrapuri Police Station), Main Delhi Saharanpur Road, Loni, Ghaziabad. Contact Person - Mr. Ravinder- [protected].
I had been compain to this person many times personaly & on telephone also against Almirah & LG TV, but this man is very irresponsible about his job, he always says to us that I will send my mechanic at your residence but no one has come to solve our problems.
Today morning I did make a call to him two times but he disconnet my number by saying that this is a wrong No. & please do not call here.
Therefore, I request you to please do the needful against this person as soon as possible, we are very bother to this man.
