There might be some problem but you can reset factory settings then it will work fine. I am saying this because i got same solution when i called the customer care. It was just matter of few seconds. Since then my phone is still working fine.

Yes I think that will work for sure or you can also call customer support they will provide you the technical assistance.
I have been using the same Icon g4 model of phone since last 2 months. If you take my advice you are not used to touchscreen go to calibration option it helped me. If not you can call the customer care they will help you with it.
As per my experience ICON G4 is a good quality product. I am using this product from 5 months and in that i did not received any single complaint.
ya i do agree with mr raju bhaskare because from when i purchased an icon g4 i have not received any complaint from that phone its working in a fine condition and for tthe problems like screen there is customer care who take care of all this matters and responses you with in 1 or 2 weeks
