I purchased a mobile as stated from as per order from news paper in tanuku. My problem isthe mobile touch pad wi there is no touch it mobile screen the mobile touch pad is not available in the tanuku rajahmundry and vijayawada. Plz give me the solution.

hello friends i have taken icon g4 mobile but that mobile original cost is 2999 rs only.
but in tvc sky shop 6490 rs.
and these products are very slow running and touch screen is very very very very slow
i am giving marks = 05/100

Yet, my handset is out of operation as its 1) RHS-central part not sensing during operating...
