I had done some online purchases from Ferns & Petals for Rs.1049/- & Rs.1199/- through my IDBI debit card, customer id: 70900053 through my IDBI Salary account no: [protected] on 27th Jan,2013. While purchasing, some error occurred in one of the transactions and the purchase did not happen (declined) but the amount of Rs.1199/- got debited from my account. I tried again and finally had the two orders successfully done. Due to some reasons I had to cancel those purchase orders on 30thJan’13 from Ferns & Petals. Now Rs. 2248/- has been refunded to me on 30th Jan. But Rs.1199/- still remains debited from my account.
I have spoken to Ferns & Petals and they have clarified that this amount of Rs.1199/- has not been credited to their account being an erroneous transaction. Please help and resolve my problem.
It has been 4 months and I have yet not recieved any clarification and refunds from the bank. I will report this matter to higher authorities as well. Was this information helpful? |
