on 12 of feb 2008 i have a buying power of more than
Rs.25000/- , i made a short sell of 500 shares of
Alok

    such a pathetic service airtel has. since 20 th Jan I am not receiving proper cell phone service even if i have paid bill till this month properly.
    1st they cut my outgoing then my STD and then full connection. just because payment gone to wrong account no. from their side.

    whoever is taking airtel connection pls think twice.

    circulte this info to higher ups of airtel. airtel galleries not sharing bill pymnt info properly to their call centers which are calling customers even if customers have paid their bills. in such a tech savvy world such a pathetic service they have.

    god save them. we all should decide to put case on this company.

      Being a existing customer for over 3 years I am really very sad and sorry to say that I received a very pathetic service for my existing - home loan top up, from 2 of the IDBI branches.They have left me no choice from writing this complaint. Right from the processing to sanctioning to disbursement in Pune branch to the P.O. generation at B'lore brnch. This has been my most frustrating experience ever had with any bank. During the whole process which took months and months with a heavy documentation(despite being a existing CU) I have always got last minute surprises from the people who handled my case added to this delays and lack of communication and slow responses.All this ignored, the hights was the PO gets printed with a incorrect a/c number which led to my frustration. Also please be informed,a lot of mails/telephone calls have been made to follow up with them.Finally I wrote the main branch at least learning my experiences they could look into the matter/system and help another prospective IDBI customer get his disbursement process done without hurdles like this.

Since opening of my account I have not received a single month statement of my account so far. Whenever I want to connect my account through internet banking, the message showing "your account is locked".

      i am in deep trouble. i have a corporte accont with idbi since last 2 months.
      last week on 4th of sep, 2008 i made transaction from a nearby atm and after dat my atm card remained inside the machine. evntually i came to find out on the 8th dat a transaction of rs 14000 ws done frm my atm within 2 mins of me leaving the atm premises. i mean dis is rediculous. i spoke the cust care and got my card blocked. i went to d concerned branch where i ws asked to write an application and file an FIR in d police which i did d same day. now i need to chk in d camera fitted in the atm who ws d person who made d transaction. but u wont believe d bank personnel are not sure if dere is a camera or not. wat sort of a bank policy is dis not 2 have a camera inside d atm.

      post dat i ws told dat somebody wud get bak to me on dat. which never happened. after waiting fr 2 days i called dem bak, after stayin on hold fr half an hour, i ws told dat my application has been sent to d main city branch for verification. bein more upset wen i called up d main branch i got to kno dat de have not recieved ne application watsoever by the other branch regardin my case. i mean how disappointing can it get wen in midst so much problem u r kept waitng fr long long duration and even after dat u do not get prompt service. shows d standard of service.

      now i have a concern, i have hrd from a friend of mine dat there is somethin like in similar case the money is insured. as it happened with a common friend and he got bak his money wen he left his atm card inside the machine and an amount of rs 27000 ws taken out frm his account. and den he got bak d amt within 3 mnths after filing an affidavit and verification, and i am told dat this is a rule by the RBI. so can nebody enlighten me on this.

      IDBI recruitment — No response recd

      Hi,

      I applied for a managerial position in IDBI on June 08 2009 online as mentioned on the website. I was asked to pay Rs. 400/- by DD to the bank for applying.

      Since then I have not recd any revert from IDBI regarding the status of my application.

      Rs. 400/- is a hefty amount what happens to the application no body knows. One should only hope to receive any revert.

      My email recd on application is as follows:

      Very poor response. It seems like all other Govt. departments.

      My impression was Bank is the only institution in India on which we can trust and they cares of customers regardless of either it is Govt. or in Private Sectors.

      I have again tried today to contact via Customer care No- [protected] after two or three transfers I got a no saying they will resolve your issue and the no was [protected].

      I called and the response was we can’t take over the business of Jhandewalan please contact them and provided no [protected]/76/21 how ever after long try one phone was picked and again in response got another no [protected]/75, on calling to these no’s no response.

      If IDBI is not interested please let me know at least I can try some other bank. But be sure no property paper will be submitted to you as will give to bank who will provide the loan.

      I have tried several time via Toll-free No, Registered complaint on Website, whatever no I got tried to contact, Butt 15 days lapsed and got no any fruitful result.

      Can anyone redirect me to the department where responsible person sits and have some power to control such avoiding/neglecting behavior of the department.

      I can’t wait for two months to receive response from such irresponsible bank and their department.

      Please don’t response any sorry word, I want action.

      I have tried contacting in Jhandewalan, New Delhi Branch, no Response.

      I have even tried to discuss with Noida Sec-62 Branch, unable to help.

      However a call was taken by some Mr. Virendra. Contact No:- [protected].

      I am ready with all my documents, but he not interested in collecting from last 2 days.

      I have called him no less than 10 times, his duty was completed after giving me one call.

      Please can anyone suggest what should I do in this regard, or I shall look for some other private banks, as they have good customer relations than Govt. Sector organizations.

        Hi,

        On 17/01/2008, I made a hot payment of Rs 49000 (id 890694) from my a/c to an OBC debit card (using card-to-card money transfer facility).

        It’s been 11 days so far, but the money has not been credited in the OBC a/c till now. I have written to '[protected]@idbibank.com' and '[protected]@idbibank.com' so may times and everything I get the same response "We regret the delay. We are looking into the matter currently and request you to bear with us. We shall revert to you shortly."

        In recent time, it has become like a norm in IDBI to delay on-line transactions. It has happened with me quite a few times in the past.

        I even filled-up the complain form but no reply yet. And when I asked for some senior authority contact to escalate the matter, I got the reply that it is against the policy of IDBI.

        Now what should I do? How can I make IDBI people not to repeat such mistakes and stop such rude behavior against customer.

          Hi,
          I had deposited a cheque on my loan acc no. [protected] on 28/12/2007 at FC branch pune.I was told the cheque is not cleared and has been couriered to my home address.I waited for the same for more than a week and i didnt get any courier.Now they are saying it has been couriered to the home branch,the home branch has not recieved it.Its been more than 3 weeks now.
          Whenever i go to the bank and ask about the same they dont reposond properly and they behave rudely.I think they have lost the cheque.

              we sent share certificate of my mother Mrs. Rukmani Moorjani, who is about 84 yrs old, Reg. Folio No. IDB079326 Cert. No 2641627. shares held 160, Distinctive Nos.[protected] &[protected], she cant sign properly & it was rejected by u( for signature) can u tell us how can we get it transfered.                 let me know the procedure for changing the BPLR. I have visited IDBI Bank, Gangapur Road Branch Nashik many times. But the officers told that this facility is not started yet to IDBI Bank. But changing BPLR scheme is approved by Reserva Bank of India, but still i m not getting satisfactory response from IDBI Bank.

                  This is to inform everyone that please do not bank with IDBI Bank for the simple reason that they dont know how to bank. There internet transaction facility is very poor. First they lure customers to do card to card transfer by making it free till March 2009. Thereafter, if one does the transaction it doesnt get credited to recipient's account within a week after getting debited from the giver's account at the time of transaction only. Their customer care says that it takes 3 working days maximum. My question is either the money should go to recever's account or it should come back. But if its not at both the places after the stipulated time required, where does the money go? is IDBI rotating the money of gullible customers?

                  On 1st Dec, 2009 i went to ICICI ATM to withdraw amount 10000/= but it declined. i thought there must be an error with this particular ATM centre.

                  Then next very day(2ND Dec), i logged a complaint that this time i did get cash but the transaction sleep which i got was showing a transaction of previous day and amount of 10000/= was debited...which is undoubtedly i was no more prepare for that.

                  I then approached to nearest IDBI branch but thay said .. Had this been with IDBI ATM then we would have credited within 2 working days.

                  But after convincing him they gave me a ATM Dispute form and i submitted to him.

                  I again spoke to Customer Care of IDBI and got a number SSU/ATM/DISPUTE/02122009.

                  Consequences : I am still uncertain about whether my amount will be
                  credited in my IDBI account.

                  The thing which frustrates me is that amount has been debited and no one
                  is ready to consider it seriously. as per my knowledge as per RBI guidlines the SLA for the ATM dispute is 48 hours but bank saying that the 12 working day is SLA for the same & bank not consider Saturday as working Day Means same will done in approx 20-22 days.......plz do the needful

                  Idbi Bank — Insurance premium charged for home loan without notice

                  We took a home loan from IDBI bank 4 months back realized that the bank had used up part of the loan sanctioned towards insurance without informing us. We have been writing to IDBI bank since february 2011 in this regard and requesting them to cancel the insurance and pay the builder the balance amount. They are hardly bothered and do not even respond to n number of emails sent to them.

                  Idbi Bank — Wrongly debiting our current account

                  We have our current account with idbi bhuj branch and they have debited our account with approx 25000 in a period of 3months. So request you to do something.

                  Why don’t you try writing to their customer care team at [protected]@idbi.co.in? I’ve had a good experience with them in the past. They are usually very prompt at replying to complaints received on that id.

                    Dear Sir

                    I am left with no other alternative but to seek your assistance in resolution of my problem. I have been made to follow-up from pillar to post since the last few years by ISIL, Mumbai and IDBI Bank but still I do not see any light at the end of the tunnel.

                    The details of my interactions with ISIL, India and IDBI Bank are appended herewith. In any case I am detailing the chronology of the issue for your reference once again.

                    1) I applied for 6 Nos, IDBI Flexi 22 Bonds on Feb 1,2005 vide application number P1000377

                    2) Cheque Number 122898 for Rs.30,000 drawn on UTI Bank , Agra was submitted alongwith application form to IDBI Bank AGRA.

                    3) The amount of Rs.30000 was deducted from my UTI Bank Account on 04/02/2005

                    4) Despite several follow-up I have not receive any certificate from IDBI till date.

                    5) I personally went to the local branch of IDBI Bank in Agra but was constantly advised that details have been forwarded to their HQ in Mumbai and local branch in AGRA cannot do anything about it.

                    6) I was given the reference of ISIL Mumbai by IDBI Bank in Agra and I contacted them vide email on 2nd November 2006.

                    7) Despite regular follow-up I was unable to get a reply from Ms.Shilpa Jadhav from ISIL,Mumbai over a period of 9 months.(Nov 2006 to Aug 2007)

                    8) I contacted Mr.P.Abraham, CEO of ISIL , Mumbai on 13th August 2007 and appraised him with respect to my agony in interacting with his organization.

                    9) Mr.Abraham forwarded the details to Mr.J.John from IDBI Bank on 14th Aug 2007 with a request to resolve the issue.

                    10) Mr.J.John – General Manager of IDBI Bank reverted back to his Agra Branch under instructions to me to resolve the issue within 10 days.

                    11) Mr.John requested me to contact him again in case the matter is not resolved in 10 working days.

                    12) Mr.Asheet Anand from IDBI Bank Agra contacted me on 14th Aug 2007 and sought details of my cheque etc. The same were furnished back to him vide return email on 14th Aug 2007.

                    13) I contacted Mr.John again on 24th Aug 2007 to inform him that the matter is still unresolved and sought his assistance in the matter as per his previous email.

                    14) There was no response from Mr.John to my email.

                    15) I contacted Mr.John again on 28th Aug 2007 and 29th Aug 2007 but despite him being such a senior officer in the bank , there was no response from his end.

                    I wish to know as to why these bankers are making a Senior Member of Public to suffer to this extent.

                    How can some of these bankers continue in their position when they do not have the basic courtesy of responding to the email of an aggrieved member of the public. This issue is a clear reflection of lack of customer service orientation of IDBI Bank.

                    I am senior citizen aged 67 years and this money is required for my medicines. Despite furnishing all the possible details to ISIL earlier and now to IDBI Bank there seems to be utter callousness and irresponsibility in handling this issue.

                    I have to borrow money from other sources to buy my medicines because of these bankers who don’t even bother to respond to my emails. I seek your assistance in taking up the matter at the highest level and assist me in getting my money back.
