[Resolved]  Idea 3g Data Card — regarding bill

My Idea Data Card No. [protected] I have purchased 2 months back and my July 2012 bill is very high and fact is that I have not used it that much. I am using another data card for unlimited download so how come this bill is above 2000/-. and I requested them to close the data card but they are not doing that also. They say that u cannot close before 4 months. but when I purchased Idea man didnot say like that. they are not reducing credit limit also. I am in a big problem pl solve my problem. My plan is 599/- and they have given credit limit 2000 I have told them to reduce my credit limit that also they are not doing I dont know what to do they are not cooperating. please help me in this matter.
