dear sir/madam my self is chandan tiwari, kanpur. i purchase a idea 3g sim and a idea 3g modem, it is completing one month. but it was not working properly. i submited it there, from where i was purchase it, it is completing more than 2 weeks. and there are not giving any responce how can i got it??
