[Resolved]  Idea [protected] — Idea Unfair balance deduction

Respected Sir,

My mother is using idea number [protected]. I did following recharge on her mobile.

RECHARGE DETAILS :
1. Recharge on 04-Apr-12 with 200 Rs.
2. Recharge on 29-May-12 with 200 Rs.

and idea people deducted her balance twice of 150 Rs. as following details:

DEDUCTION DETAILS :
1. Deduction on 18-Jun-12 of 150 Rs. for Value added service( according to Idea IVRS system ).
2. Deduction before 18-Jun-12 of 150 Rs.

They did not intimate for any balance deduction so I did not know about the deduction . But when her saw balance then she told me that there is some deduction, then I called Idea customer care and by using IVRS of customer care I get to know that the deduction is done of 150 Rs on 18th jun due to VALUE ADDED SERVICE and system was giving information for last 15 days so I dont have previous 150 Rs. deduction date and details (which was before 18th june ) .When I asked to idea customer care they say "we cant provide you information SYSTEM IS DOWN call us after 24 hours/10 hours/ 4 hours ...." .I called them more than 20 times and from more than 20 days, still they are saying SYSTEM IS DOWN .

After this when there was no way to contact them then I sent email to them. They said there is no deduction and recharge also.
But I did recharge through Net Banking so i have bank statements and messages of recharge also as proof.

They are simply cheating customers.

Kindly do some need full against them.

You are still saying no deduction.

I have called again your customer care. Today luckily he picked phone and accepted 150 Rs deduction, also told me the reason 500 I2I minutes.
But he was saying the amount will be refunded for current month only 150 Rs. in next 2 days and logged my complain.

When I asked what about last month then he said, It is rule of company we cant do anything for not running service. Now i want to know when i was calling from 30 days you were saying no deduction no recharge (at that time previous service was running of I2I minutes), like you said IN PREVIOUS COMMENT, what could i do.

Because there is no fault of me, and I have not used even a single minute so refund me complete amount 150 Rs + 150 Rs. = 300 Rs.

I also have spent money and time to call your customer care.
Now this is the Limit.

Today the day of refund for 150 Rs. (not 300 Rs.) but I have not received any balance. When I called your customer care then he was first saying " one month is going to complete we cant do anything." .I said i have logged complain then he transferred my call to senior person and call disconnected. Finally again same thing started. When I call again he said " System is down call after 24 hours...".

and the main thing happened today is...

FIRST CASE STILL NOT OVER, AND ONE MORE UNINFORMED DEDUCTION HAPPENED, DONT KNOW WHY.

I recharged my mobile with 50 rs on 9-July-12 and i got 41.50 Rs. . I have not used it today my balance is 18 Rs.


What the hell are you doing?

I have spent too much money and time to call you.
Now I want full detail where my balance is going.

Kindly Consumer Court do something.
Today again I called idea customer care, he told me the last deduction because of sending message and yes I agree thats true.

But when I asked about my complaint he was saying, We called to your mother and she told " I said to start this service" ( according to them ).
It's COMPLETELY FALSE that my mother said this. My mother received call and then call was disconnected today.

My mother doesn't know anything about that service why she will activate and if she then why she has not used even a single minute.
and when asked about previous month, then he said that is over.
Here Game starts, my call was transferring to senior and call disconnected .

My mother not even a single time said YES or something to start any service . They are telling lie.
I want refund of 150 Rs. + 150 Rs. = 300 Rs. .

I have spent big amount to call you and wasted my time also.

Kindly Consumer Court do something.
I got idea customer care call on 24-07-12 and he was telling that amount will be refund before 30-07-12. But till now after two days of due date, there is no refund.


I don't know when they will refund. More than 60 days has already gone.

Kindly do something.
So IDEA, when will you reply.
It's been a long time, I am waiting for your answer what you have decided ?.
Will you refund my money?
It is more than 90 Days.

I think you are not in the mood to refund my money. I know I am completely correct at my side. So don't think I will leave you.

Consumer Court please help, because these people are not doing any thing, as you can see. I have wasted too much time and money.

And tell me final result so that I will go further.
These are real thieves/dacoits IDEA . . Actually the thing is, I was never had thought that such a company can directly theft my money. But now i get to know how they get bigger.

What you think idea, I am not a beggar who will beg for 300 Rs.
I felt very bad that when you people can do such a fraud with me who knows the system, then what you do with those innocent villagers or others who don't know the system means are very simple . They can't complain, they don't even know that they got a thief in pocket.

Good, IDEA good keep it up, This is the way you earn a big amount. Good management skills.

1.Activate a useless service without knowing to the customer,
2.then deduct money and be happy.

I think only near about 20 % cases are there in which you will refund or you will lose otherwise most of the people of india you can easily ...
so a pure benefit.

and ONE MORE THING I FELT BAD BECAUSE IT WAS WRONG HAPPENED TO ME . THAT'S WHY I CAME TO HERE CONSUMER COURT, ACTUALLY AS A COMMON PROBLEM OF TIME I WAS NOT ABLE TO GO TO COURT OR OTHER SO I MADE A ONLINE COMPLAIN.

DON'T THINK I LEAVE YOU, ONCE I GO TO MY PLACE THEN I WILL GO TO COURT. I WILL TEACH YOU A LESSON .

EITHER I NEED TO SPENT ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY . FOR NOW I AM GOING TO CHANGE MY NUMBER AND WILL NEVER PURCHASE THE .
