I closed my post paid phone no [protected] in AUGUST 2009 and by mistake ended up paying them extra amount which was more than the BILL. Since then they told me that they will refund the money back after 3 months ie in NOV but till now no money has been refunded. When ever i email them they only say we tried calling you but your no is not available or say we are reseraching the case.
