I am raising this this as I am very pissed off at Idea service.
I have two complaints to make:
1. On 6th June, I received a call from Idea to inform me about a new scheme with which my call rates would be reduced. I told him I was busy, and he said he would call later. I find out that 299 rs have been deducted from my balance without my confirmation.
2. I have been following up with IDEA customer care since 12th of June. I called up IDEA customer care on th 12th to be told that my issue would be resolved in the next 48 hours. When I called on the 15th, it turns out that my complaint was not registered at all on the 12th. It was registered on the 15th. The customer care guy said it would be resolved on the 18th. When I asked him to help me escalate the issue for the request not being registered on the 12th, all he kept saying was that 'Please bear with us. Your issue will be resolved soon'. On the 19th when I called again, I was told, my balance would be credited by 4 pm. When i called again at 5.30 pm, I was told that it would take another 24 to 48 hours. When I insisted that my issues should get resolved on the same day itself, (i.e 19th), the cus care guy said I would receive a call by the next day. I got a call again on the 20th from a lady who again tells me that it would take another 24 to 48 hours.
All in all, I am pissed off with the whole thing. Please help me escalate the matter Was this information helpful? |
