I have submitted my documents to For MNP to idea cellular, to port from vodafone to idea one sms arrived on my Vodafone number in which the 59059 number was mentioned for tele verification, when I called this number then it saying this no is not exist, when should I call this number please idea cellular tell me. and try to solve my problem as soon as possible my mobile no. is [protected]. I WANT TO CHANGE MY MOBILE OPERATOR FROM AIRTEL TO IDEA VIA MNP.I HAD SUBMITTED MY DOCUMENTS IN A IDEA STORE ON 21.01.2015.THEY TOLD ME THAT MY NUMBER WILL BE SAME AND IT IS TRANSFER INTO IDEA NETWORK WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS.THEY TOOK 55 RUPEES FROM ME.AS PER THEIR VIEW I GOT A MESSAGE FROM IDEA THAT MY NUMBER IS REGISTER FOR MNP AND IT IS IN UNDER PROCESS, ON 22.01.2015 AT 11.37 AM.THEN I AM WAITING TILL TODAY.I CALLED CUSTOMAR CARE MORE THAN 100 TIMES.THEY CAN NOT SOLVE IT.
