[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Activation of 2G internet Connection

Hi, I took the SIM(2G internet ) on 30/09/2013 and it is not activated till now. I applied for this connection from Jeevan bima nagar(Indiranagar) idea showroom. I want to know why it is not activated till now. first they told within 2 days it will be activated but till now it is not activated.Each time I called them and they will say 'by today evening it will be activated'.
