I have not receive the bill timely, I approached so many time to Idea agent regarding our problem but instead to solve our problem he ( Rajesh Mo.[protected] &[protected] ) did not pick my phone, due to this i did not know the bill amount and last date for payment & for non payment, Idea disconnect my phone. I face this type of problem from last six months.so now i am compel to change my service provider due irresponsible nature of your company agent.
