Dear Sir,
I'm using Idea prepaid cellular service (+91-[protected]) and have been trying to port-out this no. for near about 2 months. I'm not satisfied with the network of Idea. I've applied 3 times and bought the Sim cards from TATA DOCOMO (the other service provider) to which I want to port my no., but 3 times my request has been failed. I'm working in HP (Hewlett-Packard) as a Software-Engineer and I've used this no. everywhere so I can't leave this. I'm giving the details below of the 3 times attempt to port out my no.:
i) On[protected], I requested for the 1st time and got UPC code-IX342239. On[protected] I received call from customer care & confirm my port-out request and also got the confirmation message of MNP successful registration with the ID-2598419.
From[protected], every day I've called to customer care and they were replying that "Sir, wait for 24 hrs. Your problem will be solved". On[protected], they took one complain and told me that my problem will be solved within 8 pm of[protected].
On[protected], I called customer care at 7:30 pm, they said, "Yes, it will be solved within 30 min".
At 8:10 pm I called again, they told "Sir, wait for 44 hrs. as I've raised one complain again to our back end team. It'll be solved."
I asked them to transfer the call to their senior, but I couldn't reach them. I don't know why.
Ultimately the problem was not solved.
ii) On[protected], I requested for the 2nd time (UPC code-IX385155). On[protected] I received call from customer care to confirm request.
After 7 days (as it takes 7 to 10 days), I started to ask them when it will be solved. As before they replied "Wait for 24 hrs." or "Wait for 44 hrs.".
This time also I wanted to talk to senior customer care executive, but they didn't connect the call and told that everybody is busy.
My port-out request again cancelled.
iii) On[protected], I requested for the 3rd time (UPC code-IX434648).
Similar kind of call I have made this time also. But there is no result.
Every time they are blaming that I didn't submit my documents correctly. But I went to the authorized TATA DOCOMO outlet and submitted all necessary documents before buying the Sim cards and 3 times document missing can not be happened as the concerned persons are very careful about the service there are providing.
I think Idea does not want that their customer go out from their service that's why they are cancelling porting request.
I'm suffering a serious problem with my network and I really need to port-out this no. as soon as possible. Please look into this matter and take necessary steps.
