I had made Instant recharge yesterday on the Idea Website..But each time I got the message that "we had not received confirmation and once we receive the same, balance will be updated into your account."
To make the matter worse, I'm in roaming so can not receive any calls or make calls...
Now after 24 hours the balance is still not updated into my account. I tried calling the customer care numbers, and each time they say it will take 4 hrs, then 8 hrs, and then 24 to 48 hrs depending upon the time of call.....Is this the definition of instant recharge of IDEA......Is not not very good idea SIRJEE....it is very BAD IDEA to have IDEA.....
Idea is providing very bad service and they really sucks...

My name is Abinash Pradhan and my number is [protected], I called the customer service on 9th October and the representative told me that there is a special offer for your number and he told that “If I recharge with Rs.50/- then I will get a talk time of Rs.60/-.” So, I asked him that can I recharge two times. He said yes you can and then I got an sms from Idea stating that “Abhinandan! Aap idea na LUCKY customer cho. Medvo Rs.50 ma Rs. 50 no full talktime. Aajej recharge karavo aa offer 10th Dec matej che.
So I recharged on the very same date. Now it’s more than 24hours and I haven’t received the full balance into my account. So I called customer service again to know what exactly the problem is. I was assisted by Ms. Nisha Varia and when I asked her “Why I haven’t got the full balance at that she told that You will not get the full balance because offer has been closed. When I told that transfer to your Manager at that time she told I cannot transfer it.
After I had a word with Nisha, I got a balance of 1 recharge only and that too after 3-4 hours. Why I haven’t received full talktime for the second recharge?
Your service is really a big rip-off. You people are big frauds and that is why you don’t get business as compared to other good service providers.
