[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Recharged my mobile using Net Banking.deduct the money from my account but not updated in mobile.

I recarged my mobile No.[protected] using SBT online NetBanking Account holding Mr. DEVARAJAN DEVARAJAN Account No. [protected] Kadampanad Branch for Rs 699/- but i get the bank statement as the amount get deducted from the above account but the mobile wont get recharged.i called the customer care and they said that the recharge got failed so. plsease transfer the amount to my Account.
