[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Phone disconnected even after submitting id proof

I had purchased an IDEA prepaid mobile SIM card on 30th January 09 from a local shop. The documents for id proof as required were submitted on Saturday, 31st Jan. Phone was activated on Tuesday. However a few days later, I started getting messages from the company asking me to deposit the id proof or the phone would be disconnected. It was finally disconnected on 10th Feb. This, after the local shop had confirmed that they had handed over the documents to the IDEA distributor. This is harrasment of customers and the company should be pulled up for this. Idea Cellular — Phone Disconnected

Sir,

I am having 2 mobile nos from IDEA but getting merged Bill for both numbers, I have received e-bill for the month Dec "O" (Zero), but IDEA has Disconnected my 2nd number due to bill not deposited,

I have told them there is no bill amount in your statement, but they are pressuring me to deposit Rs. 678 and then will they do the needful.

36hrs passed and I have contacted 3-4 times to customer care, Customer care promiced some seniors will contact me but till this time nobody contacted. (last time yesterday evening I conversed with Mr. Vikram)
