Hi Sir,
I am using a prepaid Idea connection from last 4 years.Recently 5 months back I migrated from Prepaid to Postpaid.After the converting to Postpaid when I am trying to do outgoing firsttime my voice is not audible to the others.Approximately 300 calls were wasted monmthly.Till now I complaints the Customercare people but they haven't resolved the issue.And I asked the Next level of escalation manager number while I am trying to call to that number I am getting a message as Number is incorrect.
Can you please look into this issue
