[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Customer care service has been stopped

i am a prepaid customer of idea mumbai and the company is not even excepting the call to listen the complain of the customers. Everytime when i try to talk to their executive they delivers a pre recorded message" your call can not be completed due dialers congestion" This is on good attitude towards their customers and TRAI should do something about this.

my kerala no. is [protected]----i am working in dubai and came for an vacation on sep-08 when i got this pre-paid connection.then i went back to dubai the sep-08 end and came back again to kerala
april-09 24th from the time when i was there to reconnect the sim i couldn't---once they told me that the connection will ok after 3 days---it was ok i charged for rs.100/- and made one call--that's all ----
i was there only for 20 days upto 16th may-09 but couldn't make use of your connection.
i had contacted your authorised branch at chalakudy, trissur dist, kerala---and several times customer care----no use----i was told about that document not proper---i couldn't understand---
SO PLEASE CHECK ABOUT MY CONNECTION IS OK, CAN I USE THE SAME WHEN I COME BACK TO INDIA OR I SHOULD GO FOR ANOTHER NETWORK----
EXPECTING A FAVOURABLE REPLY--------I HOPE THE VALIDITY WILL BE OVER WHEN I COME BACK TO INDIA NEXT TIME-----IN ONE YEAR I COULD USE ONLY FOR A FEW MINUTES--PLEASE INSTRUCT TO EXTEND MY PERIOD OF VALIDITY--

I m using idea sim since 3 months but my sim has been put on hold due to not giving proper documentation so i resubmitted it but my sim has not but started yet and i was not given proper information by ur customercare service so i hav to go down to ur idea franchisee at matunga maheshwari udyan but owner of dat franchisee was very rude refuse to give me any guidence juz said ur sim will b activated today but if not den he is not responseble he is only der to take documents and forward to company he also said dat i can take my documents back i think dis is not the way to talk wid customer when we r in service industry so plz look in the matter & plz activate my sim i my facing lot of problem due to decativations & plz take dis matter seriously the way your franchiees pepole deal wid customer if dis would b continued i think no one will enter any franchiees
