Hi,
I am an Idea customer with mobile number [protected]. On 9th of June I activated a service ACTSMS50 and sent a message to activate the same. I recieved a confirmation for the same on 10th of July that this service has been activated.
After the activation of the service my Outgoing and Incoming calls are coming as rejected/Disconnected/check operator service and a variety of different messages.
On repeated complains to the Customer care and on a lot of delebrarions they came up with the idea of changing the SIM. The cost of which has to be borne by me.
When the problem has occured not because of my negligince why should i bear the cost of the sim. Plus the harrasment which i am going through because of the blockage of the calls.
The other point is that from some specific IDea numbers i can recieve calls.
could someone please look into this and help.
