I had taken IDEA post paid connection on my name (Salil Kr Singh) 5-6 months back ([protected]) but due to some personal reasons approached the IDEA cellular showroom located on Gitanjali road, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi to get it converted into pre-paid.
I filled a form and submitted my driving license copy with my photograph and was ensured the new SIM would start working by the evening. I also provided them my alternate no ([protected]) which is of IDEA for any concern.
It was working very smoothly but 10 days back I got a message stating that your documents haven’t reached us and services can be barred. As I had well submitted the documents at IDEA showroom, I neglected the message. But from the very next day, my services had been barred.
I then approached at IDEA customer care and they denied to activate the services. I further approached the Nodal Officer of IDEA ‘Nidhi Sagar’ at[protected] Extn – 5690 where someone activated my no and confirmed me that now you will not face any problem and it will be activated.
But in-spite of such confirmation, my services have again been barred from yesterday when I was out of station and in case of any mishap; I would not be able to contact anyone as the services are barred.
Now when I am again trying the nodal officer no, no one is bothered to pick up the phone.
I have been mentally harassed by the IDEA cellular and especially the showroom at Malviya Nagar where they are just thinking of their business and customer service is absolutely neglected.
I really want to file a written complaint again this as it has taken my precious time and every time and such negligence could invite any serious problem for me or my family Was this information helpful? |
