[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Payment Deducted but did not get benefit | |||
Respected Sir, On 23-Jul-13 at 9.50 PM i made a recharge of 126 for 1 GB data recharge to the idea operator through the net banking. the amount deducted from the bank account and credited to the idea cellular but i did not get benefit for 1GB internet plan to my number what i do sir, What should i do. please resolve this sir thanks and regards. I am vilas dandekar and i have five lines of idea and that is[protected]./[protected]./[protected]. /[protected]./[protected]. i want to disconnect all my sim cards. because of now-a-days you are charging opretor calls. this is wrong system. so i request you please disconnect all my linens

repected sirmadamwithout taking any services they have deducted Rs 50 on 14th sep 2009 near about 5 pm on my mobile no.[protected].i made call to customer care, he told me detail is not available and repersentative willcall you when detail is available and tell u why deduction take place.
