recently idea cellular acquired me as a new customer . before going to idea they informed me that i will be their valuable customer . So i clearly told them that i dont want any service interuption. on 13th they sent me a letter in which they mentioned that my credit limit is just Rs 500. and on 16th morning at 9.45 send me a message that i ahve crossed my credit limit . They also didn't send me any bill. At 11am they barred my sms and call too. i tried to pay their bill through net also but their site was going under maintanance so i couldn't pay. i called at their customer care any time .complain ids are 85959181, 85962883, 85967253, 85967299... once i got free in eve then i went to pay at their store at sec 14 , gurgaon outlet . Their i came to knw that that shop is closed for last 2 days... in entire day i mailed at their customer care id (grievance.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com). i requested them for a feed back call . but they didn't do that also . Now i want a legal action on idea cellular from consumer forum . I will present all the evidence once i will be asked . Kdly take proper action .... Was this information helpful? |
