[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Prepaid Recharge

Hello Sir/Madam, Today I have recharged my wife's prepaid cell with 699.00 through online on Ideacellular.com . But no talk time is getting added and customer care is saying that this recharge for 699.00 will only give you one month Internet Access. But last month my wife got a call from customer care and they told that if you recharge for 699.00 you will get full talk time & one month internet access. I want to get the money back or convert this 699.0 amount to the talktime. When she spoke to customer care they were talking very rudely to her. This was not expected with such a reputed company. Hi Sir/Ma'm,
I have made payment of Rs 345 through Idea cellular online recharge option for my prepaid idea number([protected]). I made payment through credit card. I got the confirmation sms from my credit card bank for making payment of Rs 345. Also i got sms from Idea Cellular that the balance will be transfer in my idea prepaid account soon. It has been 3 days of making payment but my prepaid account has not been credited by this amount(Rs. 345). I have called and followed up Idea Customer Care many times in these 3 days. Now Customer care are not picking up my calls. I am trying to get status of my payment and trying to call them for 3 hours but every time 'all the customer care executives are busy in another call" message is coming. I have tried to seek help through my other Idea postpaid connection but they told me that this is the prepaid department problem, so they could not help me out. Now i have been frustrated by their service. Please forward my complaint to them and please let me know what can be done in this matter.

Idea Cellular — Idea prepaid recharge talk time not credited

I have recharged my Idea prepaid number([protected]) on 19th May 2012 for the offer 75/- through a online portal and i got a sucess message for online portal but i haven't got any talk time even single paisa also .
When i called a customer care people for three time i got three different responses and finally on customer care people told me that offer is valid only upto 18th then i have asked wht abt my money he said i will not be able to get any thing out of that which is very bad and they are not ready to take complaint on this...
my question is do i need to loose my 75/- for nothing .. how insane is this .. if offer is not valid/available it should reject the same and the 75 /- needs to be credited to my account ..

Any one please help me on this ...
