[Resolved] Idea Cellular — cannot recharge online | |
I have an Idea cellular connection that I have been unsuccessfully trying to recharge online. I have made several attempts to do this over the last 2 weeks and every time I get the message saying (latest attempt on Sep 1st 2012): Your payment is successful but your recharge has failed due to technical reasons. The amount paid by you for this transaction would be returned to the account from which you have made the payment in eight working days. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused.In case you face any issues, please contact customer care. Your transaction id is 15637838 and reference number is MICI[protected]. I have also raised this issue with Idea directly - but all I got was a document telling me the procedure for online recharge (which is actually the same process that I have been following) My complaint here is that I want Idea to look into this and fix their website mechanism accordingly - as this is causing a lot of inconvenience.
