Idea Cellular — Charging against Roaming

I had raised twice Complaint with Idea cellular related to Roaming Charging which should not be covered as my number is Delhi registered number and its roaming free for NCR regions. My both complaints was closed the company stating the charges are correct and cannot be revers back. My office is in Gurgaon TCS DFL5 B building. I joined this company on April and for the month of April and May no roaming was charged by the company. I paid the rest of my bill to keep my number active. I called up many of time for get more information from the Customer Care but they kept my phone on hold for more of 25 min and finally I had to disconnect my phone.

Company ppls are not able to provide me details of network I am receiving and is that the location of my office comes under NCR regions or out of NCR region? I want surrender this number but with compensation from the company. Please suggest what steps i have to follow.
