Name : Naresh Sharma Profession : Advocate Mobile No. [protected] Dear Sir, I am the user of Idea Prepaid services since last three years. I inform you that on[protected] my balance has been wrongly deducted of Rs. 12 by you for any Vas services activated. When I call to customer care (198) for knowing that why my balance has been wrongly deducted. Then I understand that any any pack has been activated in my mobile. This is for your kind information that I am not activated any pack in my mobile. And I have not received any call or message from Idea Celluar or I have not given any confirmation for start this service in my mobile. This is for your kind information that[protected] and[protected] my mobile is switch Off due to low battery. Then how I am received call or message form Company. So I request you Please Check your system and refund my wrongly deducted balance of Rs. 12 as soon as possible. Other wise Give the information to me for Number portability.
