Idea Cellular — Delay in Port out request

I raised a request for port out on my mobile number [protected], and this request got rejected 3 times. I spoke to customer care executive he said I should get a call from idea to pay my outstanding bill and to know the reason to port out. I never got any call from idea and they just rejected my request. I want a strong action against it.
