I want to file a complaint against your customer service. I had your mobile connection(number - [protected], with the name of Kanwarjeet Singh, add - B-1/198 Yamuna Vihar delhi-53). Due to loss of my cell phone in October-09, I blocked my SIM and closed my number by calling at your customer service department. They closed my number within two days. After few days I got a call from your customer service for replacement of the SIM. I Refused them to accept a replcement SIM so they forcefully delivered the SIM at my address. Now I am getting Bills everymonth for not using your services. Then I went to your customer service store at Yamuna Vihar and met with your Rep. Tarun Gulati. I Explained him scenario, he filed my complaint but did not give any complaint number. I went to him seven to eight times to know the status of my complaint but every time Mr. tarun was giving axcuses and did not resolve this issue. Now I am writing this letter to you and forwarding one copy to Consumer Forum. Its being more than four months, I am still waiting for the resolution. I would be highly obliged if you will resolve this issue and answe my e-mail.
