[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Caller Tune automatic activation

Dear Sir/Madam,
Its a very pathetic act from idea. I have been idea customer the day I took a mobile phone. i.e Last 5 years.
Now you have automatically activated caller tune on my mobile no [protected]. It can't be deactivated via net and i have to call your customer care office only. Already i have suffered a loss of Rs. 30. Now, by calling your customer care office, I have incur other losses as you have started charging for that as well. When will you stop such unethical practices.

I request you to remove my subscription of caller tune with immediate effect.

Idea Cellular — Caller Tune Activated

A dialler/caller tone is activated without my knowledge on my idea prepaid no. [protected]...and an amount of Rs. 30.00 is getting deducted for that tone every month!...i want to deactivate this service, & also all the unwanted calls & sms from idea service to be blocked.

Please help

Idea — CALLER TUNE ACTIVATION ISSUE

DEAR SIR /MAM

FROM THREE MONTHS I AM FACING SAME PROBLEM THAT CALLER TONE IS AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATED ON MY NUMBER AND I HAVE TO GET THE SAME ACTIVATED BY CALLING AT CUSTOMER CARE.I DONT KNOW WHY THE SAME IS AUTOMTICALLY ACTIVATED. HOW MANY TIMES I SHOULD CALL AT CUSTOMER CARE. PLS DO THE NEEDFUL TO PERMANENTLY RESOLVE THE MATTER OTHERWISE I HAVE TO SWITCH MY NUMBER TO SOME OTHE CO.
