Dear Sir,

I am (Raja.K), my mobile (No.[protected]) connection was disconnected with out any information, after submitting my id proofs, my incoming and outgoing calls are discontinued, there is no proper response from certain persons. I am facing these problem from starting of my connection, every month i am paying my bill and my outgoing was disconnecting, after disconnecting i have to go show room and clear the problem, if one month is not a problem, but every month i am facing it, and now my sim was blocked, there is no certain reason. please do the need full.

Idea — disconnected

I'm using Idea Cellular (Maharashtra) Mobile Service for last 5 years and are enforce by Mobile company and have trouble with Service. Currently they have disconnected my Cell # with reason that they need Documents to be re submitted which was never informed to me in any form neither was asked to provide document via Cellular company, when called customer care executives said they have send many reminders we failed to meet deadline. For last 6 months Idea cellular service is disappointing and disgusting,

hi I am using idea sim since 7years. 25days before the idea cellular has disconnected my number without informing me idea has now recycled the sim and company have recycled within 25days. Company is failed to follow TRAI rules as they disconnected the sim and recycled within 25days even though I have provided the proper documents. Number is [protected] (KARNATAKA). Kindly help me to get my number back now. As I am facing much problem for contact. TRAI has to take strong action on Idea Cellular regarding this type of mischievous things done by Idea Cellular.
