i losty my phone thats why iam asking to dis connect
Idea — Disconnection of mobile no.
My Idea no. [protected] had been activated over one and a half year back after all correct documents were submitted. I am a defence officer and there is no way these documents could have been incorrect. A few days back, i got an SMS asking me to resubmit documents but i was unable to do so as i was out of town and my no. was diconnected. I had a balance of about rs.200 but i was given no notice before the no. was discontinued. I request that my no. be activated again as my documents were in proper order or refund the amount equivalent to the balance at the time of disconnection. It is not befitting of an established communication giant to harass its customers in such a fashion. Kindly do the needful ASAP.-Cdr Sanjay Pal

Idea Cellular Limited — mobile disconnection
i took new connection on 10th of april and i activated night pack but due to some reasons my sim got damaged on 15th of april and exchanged it with a blank sim. but as my documents were not updated i gave anorher copies of documents and after that 14 days are over and still my service is yet to start.my mob no. is [protected]
my old sim no. is[protected]
my new sim no which is yet to active is[protected]
my connection is prepaid.
please help me as fast as you can dear idea cellular because my night pack is active and it's going in vain. please take fast action against my case.
