Idea Cellular — extra bill amount

Dear sir
i am a usser of idea cellular post pain mobile connection no.[protected],i got the bill of 23jan to 22 fab 2013.but we find the error in bill he charge two time six monthly advance rental charge and also charge the dec-2013 bill amount which is pay by me and have the deposit slip.many time i give the complaint form personal idea office and customer care but still not attend the complaint and bill is not correct and connection is bard right now.
so please do something .
