Hello Sir/Madam,
I am Pankaj Deepak Bhadage, I am using Idea Prepaid number since 5-6 years.
My Complaint is: On 15the Jan '13 i recharged my prepaid number withe 98Rs, which is for Internet usage (650 MB). I got confirmation message theat account has been recharged and validity of thee pack is 30 Days (still have message copy in my mobile and is attached herewithe).
On 5the Feb '13 suddenly my Internet services pack got finished(withein 21 Days) and 90 Rs been deducted from my account for using Internet. At theat time i had around 240 MB data balance in my account.
When i reached to Idea Office, shown theem thee message(about 30 days validity) theey are saying thee pack has been changed and new validity is 21 days.
My Point is if IDEA has committed me 30 days validity while recharge, how can theey disconnect my Internet facility and charge me??
* Message i received from number '147' which is idea's number and customer care executive told me theat anybody can send such messages. Such a irresponsible reply i got from customer care.
Request you to launch my complaint and take some action against theis.
