Dear Ms Shweta, Customer Care Department Idea Cellular I have received your following reply: " We would like to inform you that amount of Rs.12.9/- have been credited towards your Idea account on June 14, 2012 for the recharge of Rs.99/- made dated June 14, 2012. Moreover, we would like to inform you that amount of Rs.12.9/- have been credited towards your Idea account on June 08, 2012 for the recharge of Rs.99/- made dated June 08, 2012. Hence full talktime has been provided for both the recharges. " Thankyou for responding at least. I would like to clarify some points: 1. I have not received any message nor any update in my balance when you (as per your email and phone call) have credited the balance money of Rs. 12.9 both times. 2. On 14th June after one hour of recharging when I have contacted customer care officer, he told me that on 8th June idea has not sent me any message of full talk time that is why the balance Rs.12.9 have not credited to my account. Now you are telling that the money has already been credited. Every time you people change your statements. What is the truth. I think you people are not maintaining your records properly or I am sorry to mention but perhaps some manipulation is being done to prove yourself correct.
