Idea Cellular — GPRS Recharge

I recharged online for GPRS, amount of Rs 99 on 17 Sep. 2012 and I started using Internet but after sometime I seen that balance got 0 as I am using Internet. I am so much busy that I don't have time to call them, so I activated the Rs 5 Plan to complete my work. Then today I call at customer care for complaint and they taken my complaint and said that it will resolve up to 5:08 pm., then after sometime I got a call from them and they said that it will not resolved as you started the another plan. The Rs 99 GPRS plan got deactivated. I didn't used for a single minute. So please help me for the same and contact me if you want any further details regarding the same.
