I was using an Idea post paid connection which was disconnected due to non payment on August. Last Thursday, i got a call from a customer care executive asking me if i would make the payment to which i replied, "Ofcourse, i need to start the number again." When asked about the exact day i intend to pay, i said i would in a couple of days. Later the same executive called me on Saturday and asked why haven't i paid the due amount yet, to which i said that as i have been busy and i couldn't afford the time to physically go to an Idea outlet and pay the bill. I asked her if it was possible online, which would be easier for me, and she said No.
Today, i.e on the 22nd of October, i got a string of calls from +91 [protected], atleast 10-15 of them, with the same executive on the other end, who started ABUSING me as i told her i would do it on the first week of November, as soon as my salary comes. I was offended and asked her politely to behave properly and that she has no right to talk to a customer like that. To this she retaliated by hurling a torrent of disrespectful remarks and going as far as to THREATEN me that i would have to face "brutal" consequences if i do not make the payment by the evening today.
I am absolutely offended by the derogatory attitude of this executive and would like to demand an apology from the company on behalf of this lady. Was this information helpful? |
