I AM PAYING 50 PAISA PER 3 MINUTES STILL THEN THEY ARE JUST WASTING MY TIME AND SAYING ME TO WAIT 3 HOURS AGAIN N AGAIN i have wasted around 10 rupees and 60 minutes to customer care
WHY SUCH PEOPLES ARE HIRED WHICH DONT UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER'S FEELINGS AT ALL?
I HAVE DIALLED *567*587# TO ACTIVATE WAP 89 PLAN YESTERDAY
I RECEIVED THAT WAP 89 PLAN WILL BE ACTIVATED SOON
ITS NOT ACTIVATING, CUTOMER CARE TOLD ME IT WILL BE ACTIVATED WITHIN 3 HOURS
I HAVE CALLED THEM MANY TIMES AND DIALLED THIS CODE 2 TIMES , BUT TILL NOW THE SERVICE IS NOT ACTIVATED YET AND I HAVE WASTED AROUND 7-8 RS TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE
after talking to seniour customer excutive they registerd my complaint no. [protected] but no action is being taken by them yet
