My Idea Cellular Mobile Number is [protected], I am a resident of Kalka Haryana.
Its a prepaid Number.
I am getting lot of Calls from Customer Care and Lot of SMS from ID-IDEA.
Its lot of trouble and every month cut my amount Jan Rs 30.00 and Feb Rs. 60.00 but i am not active your any service so please transfer my amounts in my mobile.
Please stop the calls from customer care and these SMS & transfer my amount in my accounts(mobile).

My balance is deducting day by day . I called customer care 3 times. 1st on 16 march to Mr. Rahul. I told him to deactivate my all services he told that my all services will be deactivate in 24 hours. after that on 18 march my balance also deduct after that on 22 march I talked to Miss Rajni she told that u have some services activate on ur no. I told her to deactivate all my service. after that my balance also deduct. I talk to mr Yogesh . he told that now ur balance will not deduct. and today i check my balance and my balance also deduct today.

u r requested to plz solve my problem.

Kindly resolve the issue of money getting deducted from my account on receiving calls urgently. it is a very serious issue. I am a resident of Gurgaon.
