I recently noticed an amount being deducted from my idea simcard account,
regarding this i called customer care and requested them to refund the same, but they said refunding cannot be done.
I further questioned them that why was the money been deducted?
they said a BGM(background music) was activated to my account.
I questioned how did it got activated?
They said they are not sure, it might have been activated by yourself .
i said i never activated such service?
They said it might be due to their mistake and they asked sorry for the same.
I asked him how can you activate any service to my number without my request?
They said this service was active on my number from august.
Lastly they agreed to deactivate the service , but they dint agree to refund my hard earned money.
Here is a kind request with you please do justice to me,Hope you will do the needful.

Dear sir ,this is inform you that , my self is Kuldeep Kumar , actualy few days back , i was trying to recharge my phone by my Debit Card, i have tryeid so many times, But Problem is that , my ammout as been Dedect, this particular ammout not add in my phone account .... I bring to your kind notice that the available balance in my cellular no. Rs. 50.09 was suddenly goes down to Rs. 1.66 on 05.06.2013 F.N. without prior and after intimation to me and I was shocked.
The Idea customer care people told “ You dialed the number 55456 at 10.08 A.M and spoke upto 420 seconds on 05.06.2013”. I objected the same to them.
I strongly wish to state that I never make such a VAS call particularly to the number 55456 on that day.
I’am not aware of of such activities.
I regret to say “If balance amount available immediately such kind of deduction happens”. It’s a magic wonder to me.
Kindly take necessary action to getback the deducted amount Rs.48.93 in my idea cellular a/c detailed below:
