Complaint 1:
I have Recharge with Rs.497 for 3G data usage. They have not Included 3g data from last 1 month. This Amount will be valid for 3 months and they are unable to solve the issue from 1 month. When i call to customer care, they are telling me about their technical problems to resolve the complaint status. Now from last 2 days, they have been avoiding my calls from connecting to the customer care numbers.
Complaint 2:
They are charging amount when i make the calls to the customer care, without connecting customer care executives
Complaint 3:
They have avoided me from connecting to the customer care.
Complaint 4: This is for my another number: [protected]
I have requested for Missed call alerts, but they have not activated this facility. They are charging me for this facility without activating the Missed call alerts. They did not given me refund, as they told i have given the complaint very late.
Please tell me, how can i approach for any kind of resolutions.
