Hi,
Idea cellualr doesnt provide any means to check the internet pack validity. A customer has to remember by himself or he has to call customer care to get the details. The catch here is that if customer forgets to recharge on the day of expiry, Idea will charge 10Kb/10ps. This way they can squeeze out money from the customer. What I dont understand is if they can provide validity of other things why cant they provide validity of internet packs..
I want to bring this matter to TRAI can someone let me know how can I approach TRAI regarding this??
