My idea number is [protected]. I had applied for Postpaid to Prepaid migration at My Idea store (Capricon communication) on bajirao road Pune. It has been 10 days already but my postpaid is stopped and prepaid is not activated yet! How can an operator keep customers number deactivated for so many days. I have provided all the documents and even paid past dues.
When contacted customer care they say we have not received the documents from the my idea store so coordinate with them. The my idea store guy says idea is not accepting documents from him. Why am I getting sandwiched between both of them. This is first time I am experiencing such pathetic customer service from any operator.
1. The operator has kept my number inactive for more than a week which has already caused huge business loss.
2. Without receiving the documents how did idea deactivate my postpaid number.
3. How can you appoint such irresponsible franchise for handling customer service.
I want my number postpaid or prepaid to be activated immediately and idea should compensate for my business losses. Was this information helpful? |
